"Cats" from Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Ohio and Dover, Delaware are live at the barbershop! For African-American men, the barbershop has been the hub and a safe haven to vent, brag and debate. Oh yea, and lie!!! These black male execs all meet up at a virtual barbershop several times a year to discuss the most pressing issues and challenges confronting many African-American men across the United States.
Although, they vent and even disagree at times, the main purpose is for them to share best practice ideologies and practical ideas to solve systemic racism and social justice. I'm honored to be in the shop with these opinion makers, thought leaders and conscious trailblazers.
